Join us for an open workshop hosted by Echo with special guests
Las Brujas del Barrio featuring two Songs for Peace. Bring your guitars and ukuleles!
The idea is to get as many guitars and ukuleles as possible with the participation of the singers. There will be an instructional video and score we’ll send to you ahead of the workshop, so you have time to become familiar with the songs and strumming and be ready to go. (It’s soooo easy)
We’ll also have tea break and snack.
We are looking forward to this!

Tickets: $20 Purchase here or PWYC (cash in hat at workshop)

Las Brujas del Barrio is a Toronto-based Latin American folk ensemble founded by Chilean vocalists Valentina Harper and Alejandra Alvarado, joined by multi-instrumentalist Daniel Saavedra, Oriana Barbato and other guest musicians.
Through traditional, folk, Indigenous, and protest songs, the group revives the voices of their ancestors and the struggles of Latin America with haunting harmonies and political soul.
Blending Chilean roots with Pan-American rhythms, their music celebrates resistance, memory, and the enduring power of community.
