Echo Fundraiser Partnering with Sparkplug Coffee!

Our newest fundraising venture is with Sparkplug Coffee. They are a local coffee cafe and seller (east end of Toronto), owned and operated by Kara Isert. Kara wants to share with us the “secret to great coffee” that she discovered after many years of travel, experimentation and enjoyment. She uses locally roasted coffee and creates her own blends and everything is very fresh – which is so important in coffee.

Choose Blends named after some of our favourite choir songs!

  • “All Have Some” is an organic Ethiopian coffee, sweet and balanced. This is the most delicate blend with a hint of blueberry, jasmine and raisin.
  • “Better Times” is a South American medium-dark roast, rich and smooth.
  • “I Can’t Keep Quiet” is dark roast, smoky-sweet and complex. It is a blend of beans from Africa, South America, SE Asian and Central America.
  • “Quiet on the River” is a blended dark roast decaffeinated coffee. Smooth and delicious anytime of day.
